Hall Rental Rates:
We have a $200.00 security deposit that will hold your date and time for you. The donation for use of the hall is $350.00 for four (4) hours due a week before your event. An hour before and an hour after your scheduled event will be allowed for set up and clean up, we supply the tables and chairs, you supply the rest.
Types of Events:
We are able to rent the hall for most types of events. Popular events are parties, receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, meetings, birthdays, retirement parties, military deployment or homecoming (ask for special military rates). A Smart TV is available to play videos and there is a "dry bar" area to keep your adult beverages in a separate area
Hall Capacity:
The legal capacity for the hall is 80 persons with all comfortably seated in the main room.
Dance Floor:
Ask us for suggestions based on what we have seen if you would like an area for dancing. The front corner of the building has elevated outlets for a DJ's set-up.
Do we have access to the entire hall:
You will have access to the second floor hall only. Entry is through the front door of the building. There is a dry-bar that you can use, but you must provide your own refreshments. There is a small kitchen if the event is being catered, food can be brought in through the back door.
What's included:
We provide both 60" round tables for seating (8 people each) and 72" rectangular tables for serving. We also provide chairs. We cannot provide bar service or sell alcohol. All beer/liquor is BYO. No linens, cutlery or other party supplies are provided.
Setup:
Depending on your rental date, you may be able to set up the day before. Otherwise, you will be allowed an hour before your rental for setup.
Booking:
No date is considered booked until a $200 deposit and signed contract is received.
